When making a reservation inquiry for any hotel (whether listed here or not), simply follow the reservation link, fill out a form properly and submit it. Your request will be instantly forwarded by e-mail to our reservation representatives stationed in our Beijing office. You can expect a no-obligation reservation offer by e-mail within 2 weekdays usually. Please make sure the return e-mail address or phone/fax number is correct so that we can reach you in time. In addition, please review the terms of usage here, or use the Request for Change form to modify a reservation. We have also constructed an FAQ list to answer your frequently asked questions.
